Seattle Entrepreneurs Seek Funding for Food Truck
Seattle, WA – Allan Abramovitz and Josh Pease like meat – specifically, meat on a stick. Brought together by a love of fresh food made with local ingredients, these two entrepreneurial chefs are attempting to take their business on the road in the form of the CaveMan Food Truck. Their menu features meat on a stick, veggies on a stick, market fresh salads, and locally made sodas.
Both Allan and Josh have extensive culinary experience. Allan has been a professional chef for twenty-five years. He has traveled and worked in many areas, including western Florida, the Turks and Caicos Islands, and Alaska. Josh has been a chef for ten years. He grew up with a love of food that was instilled in him by his grandmother, who told him that “if you cook with your heart, everyone will know it.”
Allan and Josh believe in supporting local businesses. All of their ingredients are purchased from local farms and farmers’ markets. If their Kickstarter campaign is successful, they plan to bring their state-of-the-art mobile kitchen to businesses, job sites, and events in the Seattle area.
